DataGlyphics Adds Corporate Training Company to Expanding Client Base
6/10/2002
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – DataGlyphics Inc. today announced that it expanded its client base with the addition of Paradigm Learning Inc., a Tampa-based leader in the corporate training and communications industry. DataGlyphics will develop Paradigm’s new client extranet and provide Managed Web Services for its public Web site – www.paradigmlearning.com.
"Our business revolves heavily around an intimate knowledge of our customers. Paradigm works directly with companies like FedEx, Kimberly-Clark, Honda and Tamco to help them communicate and educate their workforces on complex business topics. To do this, we use highly visual, interactive approaches like games, simulations and Discovery Maps," said Darlene Coker, director of marketing with Paradigm. "With our new extranet, our clients will be able to logon and view the progress of their projects – from inception through to completion. We expect the extranet to help us to work even closer with our customers in developing even stronger relationships."
Featuring secure password authentication, Paradigm's client extranet will allow clients, training facilitators and Paradigm employees to logon and view, download, amend and collaborate on project information. The site's database-driven administrative portal will enable authorized Paradigm employees to manage extranet users, dynamic content and project details. Authorized users also will be able to bulk email entire client teams via an integrated bulk email component.
Paradigm's extranet also will function as a real-time marketing tool. Once client projects are completed on the extranet, Paradigm's authorized users can flag project summaries and they will automatically post on the public Web site as case studies or sales tools.
"We were very diligent in choosing a new Web development firm," Coker said. "Paradigm solicited information from everal companies and realized that DataGlyphics had the right pricing, corporate stability and development skills for our organization's needs."
DataGlyphics also is hosting Paradigm's public Web site – www.paradigmlearning.com – at the DataGlyphics Network Operations Center in St. Petersburg and providing Managed Web Services to ensure the site is monitored, maintained and updated as needed.
"DataGlyphics continues to grow, and we're always pleased to do so by adding exciting clients like Paradigm Learning," said Bill Stover, CEO of DataGlyphics. "One of the fastest-growing private companies in Florida, Paradigm recognizes the business value of the Web and they understand that extending enterprise operations across the Internet can enhance customer relationships. We are glad to be their Web development resource, and we're excited to have them aboard as DataGlyphics' newest client."
